WHAT IS SOLERA?
We’re a little restaurant placed at the village of Pego. We’ve created a cozy and pleasant space where you can enjoy gastronomy, and we are very excited about it!
This project was born with the idea and desire to be able to offer honest and elaborate cuisine, where our dishes show a special affection for local products and dance in perfect harmony with the most authentic wines of our territory.

ABOUT US
WHY “SOLERA” ?
The word “solera” defines a calm, solid and trustworthy character. Besides, it refers to the refractory surface of Moorish ovens which can reach high temperatures so as to let food be cooked evenly.
Above all, for us Solera has a tender and special meaning because it is our grandmother’s surname. She inspired our cuisine with the calm, care and attention that distinguishes the way our overindulgent grandmothers used to cook.

(THE MENU MAY CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE SEASON)
